Yesterday Gracie was officially a NICU Grad! 

After 152 days in a neonatal intensive care unit, Gracie was transfered to her rehab center at Blythedale. 

For the very first time in her life, Gracie felt fresh air on her face, was lead free and was officially in NY!

We don't know just how long she will be at Blythedale for rehab, but she has some work to do while she is there. She needs to wean off her sedation medication from her trach and g tube surgery, as well as wean from her vent. 

Right now, we are celebrating her being in NY! Welcome little one ❤️
